Refunds & Returns Policy

Products

Ready-made items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for online purchases. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Bespoke & personalised items: Products made to your individual specifications or personalised for you cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Faulty items: If something is faulty or not as described, please contact us. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.

Workshops & Events

• 14 days or more before the workshop: Full refund.

• Less than 14 days before the workshop: No refunds, but transfers to another session may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.

• Non-attendance or missed sessions: No refunds.

  For multi-week courses, cancellations apply to the entire booking rather than individual sessions.

  If The Oakum cancels a workshop or course, you will receive a full refund. If we reschedule and you cannot attend the new date, you can request a refund.

  These conditions apply subject to your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cooling-off period for online bookings.
